Why Donate to A Place Apart? A Place Apart is a faithful steward of your contributions. None of our staff are paid. We provide housing for our young adult staff. We try to cover travel expenses for staff. A Place Apart receives the largest portion of its contributions from individuals like you. 2006 income sources: 50% individual donations 46% income from retreats 3% congregational donations 1% from suggested donations for resource materials A Place Apart spends your contributions effectively. 2006 expenses: 49% retreats/trainings 42% programs, staff travel, communications 7% music 2% administration Our responsibility in caring for the two properties, plus ongoing programs, introduces a new financial burden.
